Privacy Policy for Users
We use Google Analytics to track activity on the Talent Solutions Connector website. We do not track your activity on other websites.

- Our team may also enable providers to see how many users access their service details pages. This information will remain anonymous.
- Our team may also distill this information into useful learnings for our provider partners. This information will remain anonymous and presented as a summary of all interactions from all users in a particular time frame.
- Data is collected and stored in Google Analytics and imported into our database platform, Knack.
If a user submits any information through the “Connect with this Service” form, this information can be viewed by the Talent Solutions Connector team and by the provider contacted. This information is not shared with anyone outside of our team or the provider contacted, and will not be used for mass emailing purposes (like a newsletter).
- This information is only collected through voluntary submission by users. We do not ever collect information listed in this form without your knowledge or informed consent.
- Employer contact information collected in this form includes:
- Contact name
- Contact organization
- Contact email address
- Any additional information included in submitted form’s custom message section
- Submissions to the in-site contact form are generated by clicking the “Connect with this Service” button on service details pages, filling out the form, and clicking the “Submit” button. This form is referred to as “the Connect form” in the remainder of this policy.
- This information is collected to follow up with providers on attempts you’ve made to connect with them, and to follow up with you on attempts you’ve made to connect with providers if consent from you is received to do so via the Connect form)
- Talent Solutions Connector is housed within Origami Works Foundation. Communications from the Talent Solutions Connector team will originate from Origami Works Foundation email addresses.
- Information is shared with the employer-facing contacts associated with the service and provider you opted to contact. These contacts are displayed in the Connect form. This enables the organization to follow up with you about potential partnership.
- The Talent Solutions Connector administrative team can view this information. This information requires an official organizational login to access.
- This enables our team to follow up with the provider to evaluate how effective the connection was.
- If consent is extended via the Connect form, our team may also reach out to you to follow up on this connection.
If a user submits any information through the “Share a Testimonial” form, the information provided can be viewed by the Talent Solutions Connector team and by the provider reviewed. Once the testimonial is approved by our team, the testimonial and its author can be viewed by any visitor.
- Once approved, information labeled in the Testimonial form with the text, “This will be publicly linked to the testimonial” or “Once approved, this is the public comment that will appear on the service page for other employers to see” is publicly accessible on our employer-facing website (via service details pages) and does not require a login to view. This information includes the following:
- Your Organization
- Public Testimonial
- Would you like to tell us what they did well? (optional)
- If “No” is selected, this will not show anywhere.
- If “Yes” is selected, the checked item(s) will show on the service details page.
- Even after the information submitted is approved by the directory team, information labeled in the Testimonial form with the text, “This will not be published and is used only for verification purposes” or “Use this optional section to send feedback directly to the service provider that will not be shared publicly” will not be visible on the service page. This information will be visible to the directory team and the provider reviewed. This information includes the following:

We do not collect demographic information (unless voluntarily shared through a site form). We do not profit off of the information shared or generated through the site, and do not share identifiable information with third parties without explicit user consent.
- We do not collect or have access to view individual identities or demographic information (e.g. race, gender, etc.) of our users unless explicitly and voluntarily offered via a form on our website.
- All user-generated data is anonymous and not associated with the user’s individual identity or demographic information.
- If individual identity or demographic information is offered voluntarily by the user via a form on our website, we do not associate this information with engagement data in addition to / outside of this information. (i.e., We do not associate a Connect form submission with the place that user was referred from, how long they spent on the site, the search terms they used to find that service, or any other additional data points.)
- We do not collect prior browsing histories or interests of our users beyond immediate referral sites (i.e. the exact website that referred you to Talent Solutions Connector via hyperlink).
- We do not collect or have access to view sites users visit after exiting Talent Solutions Connector, unless the next site is accessed by clicking a link on our platform, in which case we collect only that first link accessed and none following.

- Direct contact(s) associated with provider and service(s)
- Location(s) served by provider

- Information regarding providers and services is collected for the following reasons:
- To share relevant information with employers interested in partnering with organizations like yours, so that employers can connect with your organization
- To share resources and opportunities from our team with your organization
- To follow up with your organization on any outreach received through the site and support you in those connections
- To verify provider and service information for accuracy with the provider organization directly
Information about providers and their services, including contact information, is either aggregated by Talent Solutions Connector team members from publicly available information or are submitted directly by providers. Providers may change or remove this information at any time.
- Information may be input into the Provider Portal (hosted by Knack) by the provider directly. This requires login credentials, which can be obtained by contacting the Talent Solutions Connector team.
- Information may be input by the Talent Solutions Connector administrative team and generally derived from the provider’s public-facing website, including contact forms found on the provider’s website
- Information about providers and their services is editable and removable by providers at any time with a Provider Portal login. To obtain a Provider Portal login, contact the Talent Solutions Connector team.
- This information is publicly accessible on our employer-facing website (via the search feature and service details pages) and does not require a login to view. This information is shared with all users to facilitate potential connections with employers.
- Information related to an Employer Contact is publicly accessible on our employer-facing website (via the search feature and service details pages) and does not require a login to view.
- Publicly accessible Employer Contact information includes:
- Name
- Position
- Email address
- Organization
- Messages sent by employers through the site are sent to Employer Contact email addresses.
- Publicly accessible Employer Contact information includes:
- Information related to an Admin Contact is only accessible to the Talent Solutions Connector administrative team and requires an official organizational login to access.
- We use this contact information to verify your organization’s details on the employer-facing site. This is where messages sent by our team are sent.
- Messages from employers will not be sent to these addresses.

Provider information no longer displayed on the site on request of the provider will remain in the Talent Solutions Connector database for access only by our internal administrative team.
- While this information can be removed from (i.e. no longer displayed on) the user-facing site, it will remain in our database and accessible to our administrative team. This enables us to:
- Return to your information if you express interest in being listed on the site in the future
- Prevent reaching out to you with an invitation in the future if you have indicated disinterest in being on the site
- Maintain data on the site’s usefulness to partners like you
- Understand the landscape of workforce services beyond the organizations featured on our site in order to best develop future features you or organizations like you may be interested in
- Information no longer displayed on the site on request of the provider will not be viewable by employers. If the provider is interested in sharing this information publicly in the future, it may be made viewable on request of the provider.
