In this video, I’ll show you how, as an employer, you can easily provide a testimonial for a service that you’ve worked with, so that employers can see what others are saying as they look for help to their talent challenges. 

First I’ll need to find the service that I worked with, which is especially easy by just entering the name of the provider or the service in the keyword search.  For this example, I’ll use the provider name and I’ll just search for our test provider.

In my search results, I’ll locate the service that I’ve used in the past.  In this case, I just have one service.  You should notice that you can already see some of the positive feedback this provider and service has already received.  

I want to see all the details on this service, so I click on the name.  Now when I scroll down I can see not only the positive attributes of this service, but also any testimonials that have been left. 

I can also leave my own testimonial really easily by clicking on Share a Testimonial.

All I have to do from here is follow the prompts on the screen, fill out the information and submit my testimonial.  Please note that in addition to the testimonial, you can also select positive attributes to share as well.  All of this information is a great resource for others when deciding on the best service to choose. Once that’s finished, my testimonial will be sent to the Talent Solutions Connector team to review before it’s available on the site.  Feel free to share as many testimonials as you would like.
